A. MANAGERS/SALES EXECUTIVES (Sales/Marketing Dept.)
Degree/HND in marketing or any of the social sciences with a minimum of
second class from a reputable tertiary institution
Minimum of 5 years (for sales executives) and 10 years (for managers)
cognate experience in sales/marketing out of which at least 2 and 3 years respectively must have been spent in an ISP or telecoms company in corporate and/or retail sales in a similar position
Accounts penetration and management skills with passion for excellence
Good communication skills/aggressiveness and high sense of discipline and must be target driven
Strong persuasive ability and high interpersonal selling skills
Must be computer literate with good knowledge of ERP and a good team player
B. HEAD, CUSTOMER CARE (Female)
Degree/HND in business/management or social sciences with a minimum of
second class upper from a reputable tertiary institution.
Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in the customer care or marketing unit of a telecoms, ISP or IT company out of which at least 3 years must have been spent in an ISP or telecoms company in a similar position
Good communication skills, strong persuasive ability and high sense of discipline
Must be computer literate with good knowledge of ERP and a good team player
C. HELP DESK ENGINEERS (Female)
Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with minimum
of second class lower
Minimum of 2 years experience in ISP or Telecoms Company
Knowledge of V-SAT, Wireless, network administration, configuration and troubleshooting
Experience in configuration and Installation of Modems, Routers and Servers and Microwave radios for frequencies like 3.5, 5.8 GHz and above would be an advantage
Knowledge of Local Area Network of computers
