Trained and experience Field Engineers.

The Field engineers are expected to be able to handle the maintenance of accounts
as determined by the manager of Field operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The field engineers are expected to be able to take over or respond to maintenance

1) Provides professional work involving planning and coordinating the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of electrical appliances.
2) Investigate customer or public complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
3) Monitors installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.
4) Determines which systems will satisfy the client’s needs and determines the specifications to show how the systems will be utilized.
5) Exposure to a variety of platforms and the inter-relationships of hardware within the
typical data center.
6)A willingness to take on additional training and travel to out-of-state locations for hardware-specific training/jobs.
7) The ability to lead change, and to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


EDUCATION AND TRAINING
HND/Bachelors degree in Elect/Elect Engineering, Computer Science or Physics
Understanding of standard concepts, principles and techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior hardware experience in a hi-tech or computer-related.

* Ability to work under pressure

Front office Personnel – 1 slot

* Applicants should possess a good degree/HND in Social or Management Science
* The applicant should also have good communication and interpersonal skills
* Should also be proficient in the use of Computer
