Role Description: Provide First level maintenance on the Celtel network nodes (BSS, Power, and Access Transmission) within the respective sub-region. Responsible for configuring and resolving all BSS external alarms systems Maintaining the Installation Database and Site Records Take responsibility for the monitoring all maintenance contractors in all Celtel sites within the sub-region and shall ensure that the contractors adhere to Celtel safety and quality standards. Role Description: Liaise with the Specialist or Manager to ensure access is granted to maintenance contractors to BTS sites. Supervise contractors on the implementation of the BTS, BSC, MSC, etc civil site maintenance contracts. Take responsibility for formulating maintenance schedule of civil sites infrastructures. Monitor civil site maintenance contractors to ensure preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance are executed on schedule to minimize network downtime.
